Shipping Methods

The online store Hempower offers the following shipping options:

1. Courier Delivery

Domestic Shipments (within Greece):
Orders are dispatched from our premises to the courier companies on the same day, provided they are completed by 12:00.

Delivery is carried out within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination, from the date the goods are shipped.

In the event of delivery delays or partial/total damage to goods during transit, responsibility lies with the respective courier company.

Shipping cost per order (up to 3kg):

 Courier Center: €3.00

 ELTA Courier: €3.00

 ACS: €4.00

 Geniki Taxydromiki: €13.00

 For orders over €35 within Greece, shipping is free of charge.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
The COD service fee within Greece is €3.10.
Please note that Courier Center does not support cash-on-delivery shipments.

Shipments to Cyprus:
Deliveries to Cyprus are carried out via ELTA Courier. Cash on delivery is not available for orders to Cyprus.

For orders over €70, shipping to Cyprus is free of charge.

International Shipments:
For information regarding international shipping rates, please contact us directly.

Please note that upon arrival of your package in your country, local customs duties, taxes, and/or import fees may apply, in accordance with your country's regulations.
Hempower has no control or responsibility over these additional charges, which are borne solely by the customer.

In case an order is not received due to customer fault, any shipping costs (to and from Hempower) will be charged to the customer.

2. In-Store Pickup

You may also choose to collect your order directly from our physical store at:  Patron 285, Lechaio, Corinth, Postal Code 200 11.

When collecting your order from our store, no additional costs apply.
