Delivery Methods & Costs

Hempower e-shop offers the following 2 ways of shipping:

1. Shipping by courier service:

Orders are sent from our company to the Courier Center company, on the same day, as long as the orders are completed by 15:00.
The courier service delivers packages to the end destination within 1-3 working days from the date of shipment. In case of delayed delivery, partial or total destruction of the goods, during transport, the responsibility is on the shipping company, as defined in the Terms of Use field.

Shipping cost for internal shipments:

Courier Center: 3,00€ per order, up to 3kg

ACS 4,00€ per order, up to 3kg

Geniki Taxidromiki 13,00€ per order, up to 3kg

Payment upon delivery is valid only for domestic deliveries and is charged with € 3,10.

For domestic deliveries, we offer free shipping-withCourier Center, for orders over €35,00. 

 For Cyprus: Shipments to Cyprus are made with Courier Center and Aramex. The cost amounts to €20,00.

For orders over €70.00, shipping to Cyprus is free.

Beyond our borders: Please contact us to be informed for shipment costs to other countries. We inform you that upon arrival of the package in your country, you may be required to pay domestic duties, taxes and / or customs charges as assessed by the legislation of each state. Please be aware that we do not have a relationship nor can we control these charges which are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, in the case of non-receipt of the parcel due to the customer's fault, the transport costs to and from the Hempower company are borne by the customer.

2. Pick up from our store:

If you pick up your order from our store, you do not have any additional charges.
